Bio:
A professor at Michigan State University, Hugh Fox (1932-2011) was a prolific writer, the author of many novels and books of poetry as well as works of anthropology. He was one of the founders of the Pushcart Prize, and with Len Fulton, a founder of COSMEP, the Committee of Small Magazine Editors and Publishers.
